This tutorial is for full photoshop. This tutorial does NOT work in elements. I can not help you with other programs.

I hope this makes sence, feel free to ask questions about this tutorail. If it's not a photoshop question, i probably cant answer it.

I do not take tutorial requests anymore. Don't ask. I will make them as I see fit.

I do not allow my tutorials to be taken and displayed on other sites, doing so is theift. Feel free to put a link back to my tutorial if you like.

I hope this was helpfull to you ^^

Edit: For those wondering, I did the lineart itself by hand in ink.

Thanks for the tutorial! However for the step where you actually colour the lineart, are you able to do this after you've done you're flats? (in separate layers of course)

Yes, so long as your lines remain on their own layer, you can colour your lineart at any time. You can even use layers on just your lineart if you wanted to using clipping masks <3

This was super-helpful! Before I was always having to redraw or re-ink work in photoshop if I wanted to colour the lines. Now I can save my original linework but still colour it how I want! Fantastic!
